Northstar Travel Group is a media company that focuses on and contributes to the travel industry. The main objective is to promote destinations, hotels/resorts, and services in the travel industry. 
 As a graphic designer, I am part of the travAlliancemedia family of brands within the Northstar Travel Group, which offers a wide variety of digital-only products, such as virtual expos, webinars, newsletters, educational resources, and social media initiatives, related to the travel industry. This includes brands such as TravelPulse, TravelPulse Podcast, CruiseWorld, Reader's Choice Awards, Travvy Awards, Virtual Travel Events, and custom education programs.
I designed and collaborated with other graphic designers on the creative team to develop materials for the brands below, including marketing banners, social media posts, event graphics, and more. 

Social Media Posts
I help Travelpulse with social media posts. One of the most memorable tasks I was given was to create an illustration for TravelPulse. I work on making vector illustrations of historical landmarks, and another designer makes vector illustrations of people. With close collaboration of both, we make posts for Instagram!
Sell Sheets
I designed Sell Sheets to sell the TravelPulse Content Strategy Program for both TravelPulse and TravelPulse Canada in a straightforward style that showcases how content is displayed.
Presentation Decks
I designed a presentation that showcases the new Travelpulse after its rebrand and what strategies it will help other brands. With the given screenshots by the sales and marketing team, I have to present the deck. The most simplified way to get the point across to the audience. Here are samples from the presentation.

Shorthand Articles
I am designing articles to help writers enhance their copy with graphics and moving visuals. I am using an application called Shorthand, which is a visual storytelling platform tool that helps create engaging, impactful editorial pieces with simple graphic design elements. With this tool, my objective is to present destinations that keep the reader interested in the topic. Please review these two articles below that demonstrate this.
CruiseWorld
Cruiseworld is an event that brings the entire industry together for growth and evolution through educational workshops, general sessions, networking events, and a trademark Exhibitor Showcase. This helps North American travel advisors who attend to seek education, relationships, and new products for their eager customers. As for supplier partners, they can establish new sales relationships and share product updates. 
My objective for this event is to make marketing materials such as emails and banners.​​​​​​​
Email and Banner Creation
To make the graphics elegant and impactful, I went with an abstract design and used fewer graphics. Both email and banners share similar graphics and colors, while being straightforward with their copy as it is presented boldly.

Reader's Choice Awards a premier industry honors program featuring a gala held in Toronto every year on May 14. The awards are decided by travel advisors to recognize top airlines, resorts, and partners within the Canadian travel industry.

The Travvy Awards are a collaborative effort within the creative team using the assets that the Travvy team gives us, and ensuring clear communication with them to achieve the results. I was tasked with doing the web banners and stage graphics.

Virtual Travel Events
Virtual Expos is a brand that provides virtual expos for travel agents to learn more about destinations, hotels, and airlines during the COVID pandemic from their homes.
I helped design virtual rooms using existing templates such as networking lounges, lobbies, booths for the traveling brands, a help desk, an exhibit room featuring brands, and an auditorium featuring webinars and presentations. On the marketing side, web banners are designed that correlate with the theme of the expo, such as Honeymoon & Weddings Expo, Culinary & Wellness Expo, Destination Leisure Travel Expo, Selling Groups, Family and Adventure Expo, and Saudi Arabia Tradeshow.

Analytic Reports After Event
